Quantum Fast Rewind problems

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with Fast Rewind on their Quantum system? On a live program, mine is now going 2x the first time the rewind button is pressed, ands instead of the second time going to 4x, it goes one hour back to the beginning of the buffer. Seems like the last system update created this problem.

Update: Problem has resolved itself. I am not sure how, since there doesn't seem to have been a software update.
