I cannot connect to my quantum DVRs from myverizon account on laptop or using the verizon app on my remote devices

A number of steps are necessary. Ideally first test on the same network as your STB is located on. You must find the screen in your VMS1100 to enable the sharing and then share to your Verizon app. Note from laptop you will have ability to change settings, setup and review recordings, but not ability to view recordings.
