I have returned my SET TOP box THREE of them on Nov 25 and still received a bill December 25 to Jan 24. Please assist?

When you say returned, do you mean physically to a FiOS store, or by shipping them back? It's been my experience that it takes longer for those shipped back to be removed from your account. If you did ship them back, check the tracking number to be certain they reached their destination. Either way, it sounds like you should contact customer service.
