It was previously posted here on 09-12-2015 that Verizon version 4.28 solved the problem of "copyrighted" programs being blocked from recording onto on your personal DVD machine. At that time, here in the Norfolk VA area, I had Verizon version 4.27. Subsequently, on 09-21-2015 at 3:00 am, an update titled "Release APR-2.0, Build Number 04.28.3, UIV Version 04.28.2, Middleware Version 04.28.1" was installed on the system here; however, the copyright block is still preventing me from recording on my DVD player. Therefore, the 4.28 update did not resolve this problem as was previoused posted here as "solved". What is the problem? Is it being addressed?
Thanks
