Red / blue blurring?

I was having trouble with my FIOS tv on HD channels with the audio spitting first, then cutting out completely. Then it would come back, spitting again, then full. Changing the channel or turning it off would fix it.

I found that it was the box, and assumed it was my HDMI cable. I got a Belkin HDMI cable, and it was pretty good. Just a few drop outs here and there.

Today, I noticed a new phenomena, anything thats moving on screen, thats red, has a blue ghost behind it now.

Now, changing the channel does not fix it.

Should I contact verizon and get them to look into it?

My bluray player which is also HDMI doesnt exhibit either of these issues.

Are you still having this problem?  The audio issue you were having sounds like HDMI handshake trouble, but the red/blue ghosting is not.  Please let me know if you are still having problems.
