I subscribed to Red Zone this week and it's not working today. What's the point of paying if it's not working?!?!?!

Same thing for me. How irritating. I just waited on hold for 75 minutes, only to be told that the department that deals with the orders (including Redzone), is closed for the day. So the message that is showing up online, that your order is in the queue and will be working in less than an hour, is bogus. Thanks, Verizon. Pay $35 more bucks a month for a channel package, and the only channel I care about doesn't work.

To get my channels going I unplug the router and the box for about a min then plug the router back then the box and there they were the channels I had order a hour later.
