I have 2 remote control units and Arris VMS100 DVR. Both do flacky things a few times a day. (I have rebooted DVR and changed batteries in both remotes).
For instance, sometimes when I press FF it changes channels. Sometimes when I press change channels the volume control mutes to name a couple.
This is my second Arris DVR in 3 yrs. Is this Arris DVR just a bummer?
