Remote control issues

When I try to access the guide, dvr or options/on demand, I get a small picture of the screen in the upper left corner, cannot see the guide, my recordings, or the option to reset the remote functions.  I reloaded the tv, reset the set top box, nothing. How do I get the guide back, or the option to view my recordings?

Have you tried to reset your router?

What model STB do you have?

If you have more than 1, does it happen on all?
