Remote functionality

 it makes no difference how many times I push the info button.. I can get future shows from the option button but that is not what I want. Also I can no longer purchase on demand.. I can browse through the available selections.. If one is highlighted, I can watch the trailer by pushing the "play" button.. but I can select a movie for purchase by the "OK" button or by the option button.. Why was the functionality reduced.. I will move to Comcast if it's not fixed.. and how do I speak with a huiman being to get an answer.. that doesn't work either..

When you repost, can you include some additional info like what model STB do you have?

Have you tried rebooting stbs?

Does it happen on all stbs?
