Replaced my legacy stb with Fios TV One boxes and now cannot access ANY subscription channels. I just get four local channels. I’m told that I’m not subscribed to anything else. Spent 45 minutes on a chat support line and it is still not fixed. It’s obvious the problem is on their end. Thinking about dumping the service altogether.

That's a customer service issue. They have to reset the account and re-authorize the VMS box. You need to speak to customer service, not tech support. You could try unplugging the power for the box, powercycling the router, when router is back up, plug the box back in and turn it on.
