I am getting tired of deal with the online system, it's worse than ordering it over the phone or TV. When I wanted to watch a movie on Media Manager using the premium channel collection, it would not let me view the movie, instead it wants me to subscribe to the premium channels again which I have already subscribed already. So what is this? You must subscribe to the premium movie channels again if you want to watch online movies using the premium channel selections? I thought I had Starz, Encore already on my TV??
