Retrieving a deleted program

It seems with the "New" Set Up Boxes when you delete a program you can not go back and undelete. If this is true it is idiotic. Also, when you "Fast Forward" or "Rewind" the speed is not near as fast as the old boxes. Am I correct?

You can.

I'm not homw, so I don't have access to the menus.

But in the DVR section there is a menu towards the bottm that shows recently deleted shows and gives you the ability to restore them.
