Return Extra STB

I have 2 STBs but really we only 1 TV ever, so I would like to return the one which is never utilized.  For 2020, what is the best bet?  Is there still a contract with UPS or do I have to go to a Verizon store?  I also want to know what is the best COVID option there in case I don't have to go to a store in person.  Do they send pre-paid shipping labels these days to return an STB?

I would call to make sure they know you are sending it back. I do believe UPS or a return box are both options.

Initially, they wanted me to drop off at store, but after pressing them (with COVID and all), they agreed to send me a pre-packaged kit.  So that worked for me.  The only issue I have is that it takes like an hour to do anything on chat and the process needs to be streamlined so it doesn't seem like Verizon is just being plain difficult about every iota.
