Roadblock ordering a 5th cablecard

The website won't let me order a 5th cablecard (for my new HDHomeRun Prime), and the first tier support tells me I need to get an "Account Specialist" during normal business hours. Once I do talk to this specialist, will they be able to mail me a card and I install it myself, or am I going to have to schedule a service call?

Its a self install. I don't know if they will give you a hard time about a 5th cablecard.
