STARZ or EPIX

I just got enrolled and used the promo with :

1)  STARZ or EPIX included for 12 months

2)  74.99/mos but am billed 79.99  - missing hte online only rate

I am seeing neither.  Where do I choose the STARZ or EPIX option ?  What channels are they anyway.  I see multiple channels - or do I get only the base.

The phone support dont have a clue about online deals and transferred me to "web support" !!
