STB Does Not Display TIme

I'm a new customer. After 2 weeks, the STB no longer displays the time or channel.
1. Rebooting via In-Home Agent or yanking the plug does not work.
2. Auto Correction via In-Home Agent does not work.
3. Going to Menu > Settings > Set-Top Box does not have an option to display time.
The platform for the STB is QIP-7100 P2, Release 1.8, Build 02.54.
Can any of you think of anything I'm missing or how I can resolve? Thanks.

that box actually does not have a clock unfortunately.
