Hi,

Does anyone else's STB have horrible horrible performance? Every time I use VOD I experience the following:

1) Massive delays when trying to browse, search, or do anything. The user experience is horrible

2) Many shows just never make it to on demand, episodes are always missing

3) Show/Movie playback often "skips" or goes black

It seems the STB is just horrible all around. Is this normal?

What model stb do you have?

Do you have internet issues as well?

If you have more than 1 stb, does it happen to all?

I have at least one of the issues you spoke of, constant lags when browsing in On Demand. You push a direction button and nothing happens, so you push it again, nothing. All of a sudden after about 5 seconds you gets all the moves one after another  

My internet connection is fine ,it happens on all three boxes (2) Cisco CHS335HDC and (1) Cisco CHS335HDC.

Anyone have this problem? I have been dealing with this for quite some time
