STB WONT WORK- CANNOT GET HELP FROM TECH SUPPORT

I have not been able to watch TV with my Hidef box.  MY other sets are fine. Tech support was lame. I can't seem to get anyone. What do you have to do to get help. So far, the support is awful.

I agree. I've been missing various channels since last Thursday. Tried to call several times with my quick code and have been on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. Tried to reboot the box and it hasn't come up yet. It's been 3 hours since it says , "please wait a few moments".
