I recently moved, and Verizon advised me that I could keep the same equipment at my new residence. However, now all the channels are wrong because I moved to a different county with different local tv stations. I cannot use the guide, and the DVR is now set to record the shows on the old channels.
You will need to contact support.
Might take a while until your account address info updates.
