STB recording issues

My STB some times does not allow me to record shows to the DVR. It is not an issue of available disk space on the DVR. When I press the record button on STB remote I get a green/blue check mark instead of the usual red check mark. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sorry to hear about it not recording sometimes. To try to fix the recording problem, press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then AUTOFIX COMMON DVR ISSUES
