STB reporting offline - On Demand will not populate content.

Unable to launch On Demand. - reset router - removed power from STB - perform the STB troubleshooting - performed the online troubleshooting of the STB - all no joy.  Watching live TV now - changing channels with remote and able to use Internet to post this question.  Is anyone else having no demand on their On demand?

Is it possible that the Coax cable to your Verizon router was accidentily unplugged? 

Locate your router, which should look something like this:

Ensure that a coax cable, which is a thick black cable, is connected to the device in the back.

How do you get Internet from ONT? Coax or Ethernet?
