Save Programs with new dvr

So im getting a new dvr because mine is acting up. She told me how to save my recordings for the future to the cloud. But i ask if the programs already recorded would go up to the cloud and she said no. Is there a way to save the programs already recorded?

No.

All you can do is save settings and series info.

You can then download that to the new box.
