Send Message when Local Channels Added or Changed

This month in the Philadelphia area three requested channels (ME-TV, RTV and Accuweather) were added to the line-up.  However no message has been sent, leaving subscribers to maybe find the additions when scanning the guide.  Please keep us informed of both national and local changes.

Sorry for the surprise channel additions. I can see how that would be frustrating to not know when new additions are put into the lineup. Verizon normally sends a message to the box itself when channels are added and removed from the lineup. You can access the boxes message center by pressing the MENU button and then navigating to MESSAGE CENTER.
