Series manger from the web interface is non-deterministic

I can edit some shows from the web interface, but not others.

Has anyone else seen this?  Have you been able to fix it?

Does Verizon know about this issue?

My Pc in Office My STB/DVR in Den.

Still have the same problem - some shows are editable and others see the following:
