We have experiencing issues with one of our set top boxes. The TV constantly will change screens to say the channel is unavaialble, push B to troubleshoot. Have doe n this step and auto fix on box, yet the same messaga ppears on a regular basis. All cables are conneced and it one occurs on one of the boxes in the house.

Try switching the location of the box that isn't working. If it follows the box, then you will probably have to call them (1-800-VERIZON) about a replacement.
