Last night my home had a power failure, all my boxes (3 other) booted back up after the power came on and work fine, However my main dvd keeps booting up and showing 8888. It seems like it is cycling, because it will go blank then 8888, blank then 8888. I unplugged box waited then plugged in again and same problem shows.

If it his DVR, probably HD has gone up.
Contact support for replacement.
