Set top box

I have been sent 2 set top boxes and still can't get setup. I don't understand why its so hard to get help. I have no issues in 2 other rooms that i have cable setup. I was told by agent online that everything is fine on hook up but still after 2nd box it still doesn't work can it not be made easier to get a tech to come out and fix this.

Try moving one of the working boxes to where you want to put the new one. At least that will rule out whether the box or the cabling is the issue.
