Set top reboot required every time I use on Demand?

Ever since the "upgrade" a few weeks ago, I get an error every time I try to use On Demand. "no new episodes", "not available" seem to be the most common errors. If I reset the set top box the issue is resolved, but this really is a pain (extra 1o minutes/night). Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any long term fixes?
