Settings constantly reset

I have Fios One boxes and the settings constantly reset.  The channel favorites, last viewed rail, tune to HD settings reset once every week or so.  Very annoying! Any fix?

Is there any way the power to the box is being interrupted for more than a minute or so? If not, you might want to get a new box from Fios as the settings should be retained until you change them, or there is a firmware update that brought the box back to factory.
