Showtime Starz pkg.

I currently have the Showtime Starz pkg. my contract is up in about a week. Looking in the renewal channel lineup, I noticed that Showtime HD (865) does not say included in the plan but has a $ sign which means extra money. Does this mean Showtime HD is not included in this pkg.?

Usually that is shown in the base plan you purchase.

Premiums are always shown as $.

Unless you see that the other channels all show included but not Show HD.
If so, can you post a screen shot?

Verizon took the dollar sign away today. I wonder if I renewed yesterday if I would have gotten Showtime HD??
