Siliconedust HDHomeRun Prime issue with HBO

Hi,

Anyone else using Siliconedust HDHomeRun Prime here? I have been working with Verizon to get the Mcard working. It seems like only HBO and Cinemax is not coming in.

 

Status on HomeRun Prime

Anyone else had the same issue here? The reps have tried to add and readd mcard to account.
