How do you turn off this crap where you press the skip forward button and it brings up this stupid Genres & Filters menu?

This "Feature" has got to be one of the most annoying additions!  I have absolutely no clue how pressing the skip/next button to skip ahead in Live TV (and ONLY happening once you hit the end of the live buffer) has ANYTHING to do with Genres and Filters, but it's extremely annoying when it pops up.
