Smithsonian Channel Extreme Pixelation

Is anybody else having a problem with the Smithsonian channel?  We are experiencing a lot of pixelation and freezing of the picture.  It is the only channel we are having this problem on and its so bad the channel is un-watchable.  We are located in Sarasota, FL.

I am in a different area, DFW, but Smithsonian looks just fine here.

Consider yourself fortunate if Smithsonian is the the only channel you are having problems with.  We're getting bad pixelation on numerous channels, including NBC which freezes as well.  We're in Fredericksburg, Va.

Really fuzzy on Verizon FIOS cable service

in Richmond VA. Really tough to watch. You think some one would have enough pride in their work to monitor and correct technical problems.
