Sound drops-out and it's 2020

Picture is fine but sound drops-out for a split second every few minutes.  Not predictable.  Sometimes it does not  happen for several minutes yet  sometimes every 1-2 minutes.  It's streaming related as hardware plays  fine when not streaming.  It's 2020 new FIOS install.

Check the audio settings in the Fios box and check passthrough first. If that doesn't help try one of the other options. You might also need to set the box up to PCM audio, but that has to be done through the service menu. Post if none of the setup options works.
