I want to add two new TV's to my triple play service. I went to the Verizon Store and picked up two DVR's and associated equipment and an 8 way splitter (I have 3 TV's and a modem already). When I got home and looked at the existing splitter it has 2 inputs and 3 outputs, the new splitter has 1 input and 8 outputs. I don't know where to put the second input. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Look carefully ... you probably have one input and four outputs. It's not uncommon on a four-way splitter to have one out the outputs on the top next to the input.
