Nobody outside of TWC/Charter is carrying the channel this year.

They still want $3.50 per subscriber (from every subscriber and that is the hang-up) for the channel. If you hate the "regional sports charge" now, wait until it doubles due to the Dodger channel. Not everyone wants the channel and that is what they are fighting about. It's an interesting article.

And TNS is correct, as of 4/1 it will be up to Frontier to carry it for you.
