Suggest Channels to add to FiOS TV-Town of Manlius, NY

I live in the Town of Manlius in New York State. We have Verizon FiOS Internet and phone, but NOT TV. We need FiOS TV! I know many, many people living in the Town of Manlius who would switch to Verizon FiOS TV (leaving Time Warner) as soon as it became available.

The Town Of Manlius office has told me that they are eager to have Verizon TV available also, but for some reason Verizon is putting them off.

What can I do to make Verizon FiOS TV come to the Town of Manlius in New York State???
