Switching out 160g DVR for the new 500g? Looking to go multi-room

I currently have 2 HDTVs on regular DVRs and 1 HDTV on a regular STB.  I want to switch to a multi-room DVR so I can watch recorded programs on any of my sets.  So that would require swapping one DVR for a multi-room DVR and one DVR for a regular STB.  However, I don't want go from 2 160g boxes for 2 tvs to 1 160g box for 3, effectively cutting recording capacity to 1/3.  Does anyone know how to request or get a 500g multi-room?  One rep told me on the phone that it can only be done online, but I can't find it anywhere.  Your help much appreciated.

Try clicking on it and following the steps there.  See if that will take you through the process to order a 7232 like it did for me.
