Switching to TIVO DVR Service?

Hey everyone, I am looking for any and all information on switching to TIVO. I really want to do it but I only know basics about the process and would love if someone can run it down for me in detail.what the setup includes?, is it simple?, is there any known problems with using fios with it?...I am looking at getting the BOLT Plus box...Any known issues with that hardware?

I currently have one fios DVR and one standard box, I will only be switching the DVR to TIVO the other box will stay fios..Is there anything else I should know?
