TIME ZONE ISSUE

Ever since daylight saving time stopped - the TV GUIDE listing time is an hour off...can it be fixed?   Or do I set that somewhere   VERY FRUSTRATED !!

Have you tried resetting the box? Unplug for 30 secs. and reboot, or use inhome agent to do the same.

I have not experienced that, mine was correct immediately.

No, you do not set it anywhere. I suggest you use the In-Home Agent under Customer Support in the Menu to reboot the STB. If that doesn't fix it, I would pull the power from the box for 15-20 seconds, plug it back in, and see if it is ok then. And if those don't work, contact tech support and have them reset the box remotely.
