TNT 551 Channel Occasionally Freezes

I’ve seen this in the past. Occasionally when watching TNT HD the video will freeze for a second or two, the audio stops, and then it continues but may have jumped ahead to the live point. This is on a live broadcast, I don’t often record programs on the network. I would consider it a possible DVR/hard drive problem if this were also occurring on other channels but as far as I can tell it’s only TNT. I have the Quantum dvr service. 

Again, I’ve seen this happen before so I’m assuming it’s some Fios/TNT issue but it has not occurred for quite a while until recently. Mostly noticed on daytime broadcasts. 

Anyone else seeing this?
