My set top box (DVR) is very slow. 1) Many times it takes 3 seconds for the number to register on the screen when I attempt to change channels. This causes the error channel to display. 2) I can't get widgets to start up. 3) the buttons on the remote bring up random menus. It is having issues communicating through the connection. I need to have the equipment checked.
I am having a huge problem getting any support from Verizon. How the hell do I get Verizon to respond? TIme to go back to Comcast.
