TV Issue

Ok folks,

For all you TV fans.... I have an image here that I hope someone can help me with.  This just started a week or so ago. I called the help line and all I was told was to unplug the cable from behind my STB, turn it off, plug the cable back in then turn it back on.

Well, didn't work.

Here is the link to what I'm talking about...

I hope some one can help.

Thanks

WOW.   that box needs a command thrown at it like nobody's business.   If that doesn't work, or kick it in to gear, I am pretty sure that is going to be a bad box.   am I right or am I right?

or am I right?    o_O

The picture comes back after I change the channel a few times.

I don't know why t does it and it has done it also on NBC.

So far it is limited to the one STB, which BTW is not HD.  I have another STB in our bedroom and its not doing it on that. Then again I don't have that one on as much as I do this one.

If a Tech from Verizon could look at the picture I posed then tell me what I should do that would be awesome.
