I live in dlownstate NY and I have Extreme HD TV lineup.  I notice that Prime HD has the GMC channel, but I do not have this channel.  I would very much like to have GMC channel added to my Extreme HD lineup.

There are a half dozen or so channels that are in prime and ultimate, but not in the extreme packages. As far as I can tell there has never been a official post as to the reasoning behind this. It has been an issue for about a year now with no end in site. I have not seen any solutions to this yet, except to upgrade or downgrade the package you are on. But nothing we can do here about it as this is a peer-to-peer forum. You should contact customer support (1-800-Verizon  1-800-837-4966) and speak to them and see what they will do. If they give you a solution, post back and let us know what they did for the next person that has the same issue
