TV Listings is not up to date

The programs in the TV Listings of 1770 (TVJ) in "My Verizon" web site is not up to date. Because of that, I can't schedule the recording. I see correct programs in the TV (STB). So I think it's software bug. I just ask to issue ticket through chat support, but Verizon should address it.

Issues with the guide aside, you are aware that manual recordings can be scheduled by channel, time start and time finish?  Can even schedule a series for recurring shows.  Not a solution to the guide errors but at least a possible work around for you.
