TV Movie Guide in Search

wish they would restore this function to allow us to view each day in search a list of all TV Movies available

Don't remember that being an option.

When was that and model model STB?

this was a standard feature of Verizon Fios up until recently when their software was upgraded

Comcast has it and i was glad that FIOS had it when i swithced over to them and thought this was standard feature

once before they eliminated the feature in an upgrade and thankfully they restored it but this time it has not been restored 

you used to be able to go into search on the menu or shortcut by clicking B button on remote and you would see search categories for the day ie. TV movies, sports, etc... and by \selecting one of these categories you could scroll down on what was available on TV for the whole day and set reminders

the upgraded search has none of this

now one has to open up th ewhole TV guide and scroll up and down and sideays to find TV movies in different time periods during the span of the day and set reminders
