TV One Box HDMI issue

I just got a new 4K TV and I had it set to 2160p on my cable box. At random times it would go black and say no HDMI Signal found.  I recently switched it 1080p on the tv one box and so far no problems. What could’ve cause this?

Most likely you don't have a High Speed Certified HDMI cable. Also the input on your TV has to be set to 2160 and Advanced, High, whatever the TV mfr. calls HDR.
