TV PICTURE FRACTURES

Periodically both live & recordered for about 20 seconds the picture fractures & hesitates.  This happens every 10 to 20 minutes.

Will most likely need a tech out. Itcould be main fios box(ont), the signal on the 1550 light coming into the ont. Or something in your house like wiring or splitters or cable box. The hmdi to the TV could also be the issue.

For recorded content, if you rewind and play again, does it fracture at the same point?

That can help determine if it is signal coming in or playback.

what model DVR so you have?
