TV Preferred channels

New to FIOS and very happy for the most part.  However, in reviewing the list of channels I notice that neither BBC World news nor CCTV are offered in the Preferred Category but ARE offered in ALL the other packages including the lower priced Select.   At least you offer Al Jazeera...although the AMERICA version has no comparison with AlJazeera English.

I'm really disappointed at now having to turn to the internet to be able to get the international news that I was used to getting with my old Time Warner service. 

At least the internet speed is a VAST improvement over my old Verizon DSL!
