TV Program Recording Inquiry

To Whom It Concern:

I would like to know is there a way a person could record ALL programs in "full screen" size on their tv with verizon?  I just upgraded to a brand new television set that now allows me to watch all programs in full screen size when pressing the red button (c) on my verizon remote control when watching live tv but for some reason, can't record programs in full screen size.  Thank you.

Make sure that when you set your recordings that it is the HD channel. For example if you tape something on ESPN SD channel 70 then it won’t be full screen. You have to set your recording on channel 570 for ESPN HD.
